Most people will probably have a very negative impression of Grim Reaper. Perhaps the Reaper represents a frightful feeling. However, if we look at it objectively, the Reaper is actually performing a duty that he is supposed to do. All things must come to an end, so that new things may come. It is the law of the circle of life.
Therefore, if I were to be the Grim Reaper, I will want to modernize 3 things: No.1, have a new major image. I will make over to make myself more approachable and friendly. I will get rid of the black cloak, and will not appear as a skeleton wielding a large scythe. These medieval outfit just looks too dirty, messy, frightfully depressing, and very unfashionable. I would want to appear like an average young boy and stylish person on the street. Where I won't be standing out like a sore thumb on the street.
No. 2, Establish a team to get the job done. Wielding a large scythe, getting the job done in person is just too tired. I would try to recruit some capable souls from those souls that I have collected. Then train them up and get the job done through them. Sort of like my deputies. As for me, the real Grim Reaper, will just sit in the "reaper's office" and monitor the works and issues instruction from my desk top computer.
Last but not least. I want to make a major break through. That is … to give advance notice to the deceased person. So that the person will ample time to bit farewell to the person's family and love ones.
With the above changes, would you change your perception of the Grim Reaper? By this literature, I want to wish all of my friends to have a wonderful and productive life in the future, live life to the fullest, and have no regrets when the Grim Reaper comes knocking.

How to Prevent the Low life
How can we prevent or avoid this kind of low life? It is really hard. As you don’t really know who around you is the low life, what, when he or she will act, and where low life is coming from, it is always too late when you realize it. There are few ways I would like to suggest: First of all, don’t trust others too easily. A low life always tries to make friend with you in order to win your trust. Then, you have to consider if the one a low life by listening to his or her word about others, because low lives enjoying speaking ill of others. Finally, just do remember, a proverb says: who chatters to you, will chatter of you. Because “words cut more than swords,” low lives indeed stir up a nice society and bring out lots troubles.

In our history of more than 5,000 years, a lot of tragedies were caused by “low life.” For personal desires, hope for power, fortune, or even love, those low lives even scarified welfare of others to satisfy themselves. Not only in our history, low life exists in modern society, too. They always hide themselves in dark, waiting chances to play nasty and dirty tricks.
These low lives are everywhere, such as in working place. They act as long as there are human beings, especially when the people are the unaware or naive. Low life is generally vicious, cunning and deceiving. They love to create confusions, unrests, disharmony, and misunderstanding among people. They also enjoy stabbing on other’s back, and sabotaging relationship. Based on the misfortune of other people, they happily and lushly thrive.

In general, most of them have a positive out reaching spirit and kind hearts. They, as a result, can be considered as Gentlemen or ladies. This inner positive quality can be easily discovered trough the action and behavior of an individual. For example, a gentleman is always optimistic with positive thinking and progressive action. He or she doesn’t envy others. He or she doesn’t have a bad mouth to others. Nor does he or she create misunderstandings. On the contrary, a gentleman is always willing to stand up for or offer helping hands to those in needs. As we all know, in Taiwan, there are many gentlemen who always help other people. In these days, they even donate money or relief goods to the earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan. Their behavior is really warmhearted which also reflects the positive side of our society. If this kind of thoughts can be practiced by everyone, our society must become more harmonious.

Modern people frequently catch a cold and flu. It might be the dirty air and water or pollution food or working pressure caused people to have weak body. Health products are getting more and more popular in many stores. Health products manufacturers also product various health products for people’s needs. I also have many kinds of health products everyday, such as vitamins, clam essence, and ginseng. Actually they bring me more energy at daytime and cost me much monthly.
Why do modern people need the extra nutrition? Ancient people were alive well without those kinds of pills, but why do modern people need the extra nutrition? This question has confused me for a long time since the first time my mother forced me to swallow the big size of vitamins B in my childhood. My mother always asked me to swallow various vitamins and health products, but did never told me that the throat can open. The vitamins usually spurted from my small mouth.
I almost exhaust energy every day for hard working and studying. Now I finally know the reason I need to have health products. I also accept the statement, modern people always spend money buying health, because maybe I am one the people.

127 Hours
Aron is a man who is enthusiastic about outdoor sport fell down in a gap accidentally. Unfortunately, his right forearm was locked by a big rock. The big rock could not be moved by himself. Everything he could do had been tried, but Aron did not have a good result. During the 127 hours, Aron recalled many good and bad memories. He felt regret for missing his mother’s call many time and never called back. He also remember how did he know his ex-girlfriend and what did he do during childhood. Suddenly a idea occurred to him. He need to survive.
Finally, Aron did the decision to break his right forearm, and then used the blunt to cut down his right forearm. The appearance made me feel like vomiting. The details were too clear. Finally Aron’s right forearm separated from his body. He survived by himself. Although Aron lost a part of right forearm, now he is still enthusiastic to outdoor sport, such as mountain climbing, swimming, skiing…etc. The difference is that he always leaves a message to let his family know where he goes.
For surviving, Aron shows the great will and human’s toughness. I admire this man sincerely. I vibrate to his great will and toughness directly. Besides surviving will and brave, the movie tells me a truth, never do dangerous activities individually.

Lottery advertisements always convey the same message, a lottery is a hope. Taiwanese people normally need more money to have a better life and satisfy material needs. I, an average office worker, am as the same as other people who have a ordinary life. The same routine we do every day is “go to work”. We are living in a rapidly changing society, but most people’s pay cannot chase after changing speed. In order to earn money to buy a house or have a better life, people setting hops on lottery is easily understood.
Recently, lottery’s prize memory has been accumulated to NTD 1,800,000,000. Many people seemed to get lunatic. I can figure out a thing that money is very important to modern people. Living in the modern society comfortably is all citizens’ hope and so do I actually. How I or other people can earn more money without labor? Both Investment and speculation are sensible ways to access. The difference between them is the amount.
I did not join the game of super high prize money because I still think I am not the lucky man. Hope one day the God will also care for me and my job, and make me learn and get ahead every day.

“A good friend” in my mind does not only mean he/she has good relationship with me. Good relationship is the first condition. I will try to understand a acquaintance from his/her friends and behavior to identify if it is worth to associate with the person. Fortunately, I have made some nice friends in my short college life. I think that one of them to me is especially worth to make friend.
The worth friend is female. She has many merits. She is always like classmates’ sister and enthusiastic about every classmate’s class. That is not exaggeration. She is never stingy to share his English abilities. Preparing essential information for classmates has become her routine. If quarrels or disagreements happen between classmates and classmates or classmates and teachers, she always does the bridge for the two sides. Undoubtedly, above mentions make all classmates have good impression.
A person’s merits are usually the person’s defects. The worth friend’s enthusiasm frequently causes her to involve in many bad situations, such as gossips or bad classmates’ bad emotion. As the reasons, other classmates’ bad emotion usually reflects problems on her, but she always wants harmony or brings this class into harmony.
